One point that has been driven home through my years of coaching is that….nobody is the same when it comes to running. Everybody comes to the table with different fitness levels, physiology, backgrounds, jobs, family, stress, and goals. Any plan that worked for one runner probably isn’t going to work for the next runner. Adapting to different structured workouts, intensities, volume of miles, are all going to vary from person to person.

Every runner’s path to the start line of their race or adventure is going to look totally different than the next runner’s. There’s a lot of way to get you to the starting line and you need a coach that knows way more than one way to get you there.

As your coach, we will have constant communication and continuous feedback - both ways - to make sure we’re getting the most out of the coach athlete relationship.

All coaching is done virtually using the training platform Final Surge and includes unlimited feedback on Final Surge, email, and Zoom calls.
